How are you supposed to do this with the current version? I've spent basically all my money developing the good weapons, which didn't work. This is the only mission unlocked that I haven't already completed, so this is the only thing I can do until I beat it. I've tried using the APC and tank to kill them, I get a couple to like 30% health and then they regen it with armor and then kill me. Get Quiet to shoot them while I hide, they just keep killing Quiet and take nearly no damage. I've waited for it to meet up with the APC and tank. I've tried killing them with shotguns, machine guns, rocket launchers, grenade launchers, mines, decoys, freaking everything. I've tried luring them away, they always see me and kill me. I running in and driving it away, they instantly destroy it. I tried going straight to the truck at the airport while the Skulls are aggroed on me, they instantly pop it. I've looked online, but everything's apparently been patched to not work.
